ViaTalk Introduces New Features and Enhancements
ViaTalk recently highlighted (Feb 3rd 2006) several new ViaTalk features and enhancements that have been in the works for a while and were rolled out recently. All the new ViaTalk features and enhancements were implemented as a direct result of suggestions in customer feedback! Some of the new changes include:
- Added functionality to allow you to set up a “Do Not Disturb” schedule which prevents calls during certain hours
- Completely redesigned online account control panel
- Separated the incoming and outgoing call logs for better customer call record management
- Made numerous website updates to better highlight plans and options available
- Enhanced communication
- Introduced “printer friendly” call logs
